Day to Night Outfit with AUrate New York

10/12/2017 05:49:00 pm

Hi Peeps!!

AUrate New York is a jewellery company from New York City and their jewellery are handmade from ethically sourced materials. Positive social impact drives them in what they do, and I love their story! After reading about their story, they don't use any conflict materials in their jewellery. With their 'A Book for your Look' program, which they partner with Philidelphia schools and they give back by donating books to economically disadvantaged school children with each purchase of their jewellery! I love what they are doing and would love to share more about their brand to you guys!

Now, they have a project running in which they challenge woman to share how they will style and play an outfit from day to night. I have decided to participate in this challenge, and I love it! I always wonder, how do I dress up or down without changing too much jewellery or accessories. And this is what I came up with!

For this day outfit, I've chosen a floral printed off shoulder dress that looks casual and girly at the same time. Perfect for a nice casual hang out with friends or even a cute outfit for uni! Then, I paired it with AUrate New York's gold Flower Earrings Studs. I think there will be never enough of floral in one outfit and is true! It looks super girly and I love it! The earrings will be a great daily jewellery. A small grey leather backpack helps to neutralise the girly-ness that is happening for the whole outfit! Pairing with a light pink high top converse will show off your sporty side of the outfit, balancing the girly look of the outfit. The whole outfit is casual, sporty and girly at the same time, which is comfortable and still pretty as a whole!

Although the day outfit is minimal and cute. With the same dress, a night outfit for a drink with friends for the night will be styled with black pumps and a beige clutch or purse, that just enough to bring all the necessities. Keeping on the earrings studs, which still fits perfectly with the night outfit, layer on the jewellery with a crystal necklace to show the glamour look for a night out. With the change of shoes to heels, it has already change the game from casual to a glamorous look. It will be a perfect outfit for the night out!
Layering on jewellery will help you style a day to night outfit with ease!
How do you change your outfit from day to night? I would love to know! Share your tips with me in the comment section below! =)
Until then, I'll talk with you guys soon!

Love Me!! XOXO 💕💕

Easy White Christmas Nail Tutorial

12/16/2015 10:07:00 pm

Hi Hi Gals!!

I'm going to share with you all how I did my Christmas nails this year!
I did some tutorials last year and the 2 years before.
Candy Cane Nails here
Snowflakes Nails here

So, this year I'm going to do a simple yet really pretty nail art just for this Christmas!
It's inspired by the snow globe. ♥♥
And there's a white Christmas tree there!! =)

So how to do this?
Things you'll need:
Toothpick
White nail polish
Top Coat
1. Use a white nail polish and draw a line on the tip of the nail.
Doesn't have to be very pretty, cause it represent the landscape of the snow. =)
2. Add white dots which represent the snow falling all around the nails except for the ring finger.
3. Draw a simple white Christmas Tree with a Toothpick on the ring finger nail.
4. Add white dots on the ring finger nail.
5. Put on a layer of top coat.
And you are DONE!!!
♥♥

Simple, easy and still pretty! =)
If you guys did it!
Do share the results with me.
I would love to see your creation! =)

Have a wonderful Christmas ahead! =)
And a Happy New Year!

So sad =(

Anyway, here's a small fashion post that I haven't done in a long time.
Sorry for spamming you guys with tons of food pics for the last few post.
And now let's start shall we? =)

Went out with my friends for afternoon tea for some awesome delicious desserts.
I tried to spice up my fashion nowadays into a much more still girly but in a more mature look.
If you guys get what I mean =)
I'm not wearing any skirts or anything over the top, due to my country's weather is just so hot!!
Shorts with a comfortable top is always the best combo in my country!
Pair it with some sandals or flip flops and you are good to go =D
 #OOTD

The jumpsuit is in a pale pink lace overall, which is

Pastel Colour Block Nails Tutorial for Spring

4/15/2015 10:41:00 pm

Hi Hii!! =D
Now I'm finally back with a proper, long nice tutorial post for you gals! =)

Spring is here!!
And whenever I think of spring I think of pastel!
I mean, come on, the colour is just so so pretty!
And nobody can deny it!

So I'm gonna share with you guys on how to put those colours on your nails =)
Let's start, shall we?
And for bonus!!
I'm showing you gals TWO types of colour block nails!!
Well, of course.
First thing first!
You need the colours!
Use whatever colour you guys like, I used pastel pink, green, blue, purple and yellow!

Mint Green: The Face Shop.
Pastel Yellow: Sephora Mini Nail Polish.
Pastel Blue: Sephora Mini Nail Polish.
Pastel Yellow: Sephora Mini Nail Polish.
Pastel Pink: Teddy Girl - Butter London.
Step by step tutorial for this nail art! =)
 1. Choose a base colour of your choice, I chose the pink as the base colour.
2. Then, wait for it to dry!
3. When it's dry enough, put on the tape and do whatever shape you like.
Here I'm doing a triangle shape on the tip of my nail. =)
Tip: Remember to press down the edges, so that the nail polish doesn't flow to other places.
4. Choose another colour, which I chose the pastel purple and paint it on the open area of your nail. =)
Remember from my other nail tutorials?
Peel out the tape after around 15-30 seconds.
5. And Waalllaaahhhh!! You're done!
Paint a layer of top coat and show off you pretty nails! =)
*Sorry for the blur pic >< *
Of course, you can do many other shapes!
And that's what makes it colour block!!

Here's my final results!
I did mention above I'm showing you gals 2 types of colour block nails right?
So here's the second one, simple and nice =)
Just colour each nail with different pastel colours!
It looks like candy, and I love it!!
And of course, when you combine both hands together.
You get a mixture of love and happiness!
The happiness on my nails!! =D
I love this so much!! ♥ That I wish that it won't go off!!
Spring is here!! =D
To get ready for spring, try out this tutorial and tell me how it goes!!
Share pics through my social media, which I would love to see.
This nail art is up to your creativity, with mixture of pretty colours! =D
Hope you guys love this as much as I do =)
